Shipping & Returns

All Grace Victoria products are made to order unless specified. There is a 2-4 week making and processing time for each product.

All shipping will be a tracked and signed for service.

Any import duties and taxes are the recipients responsibility and are calculated once the parcel has reached the destination country. If you refuse your shipment from Grace Victoria you are responsible for the original shipping charges, all import fees and the cost of returning the package back to Grace Victoria. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your item.

Custom orders and sale items are non-refundable

To be eligible for a return your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it. The return must also be in its original packaging.

The cost of return shipping is the buyers responsibility, unless the item is faulty.
